Packaging
For your convenience and depending on order size, our products are shipped in discrete strong envelopes that fit into regular mail boxes or cartons without visible reference to our shop.
Dispatch
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday until 1 PM CET on business days. Orders for which payment is received after 1 PM CET will not dispatch until the next business day.
Customs
Customers order at their own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulation of ordered products. Importation fees and/or additional fees caused by customer are always payable by customer. We do not refund or reship seized goods. For more details, see our return and refund policy.

Common Questions
Why did my package not arrive yet?
Delivery times mentioned on our website can vary for different reasons. The most common reasons for delayed delivery are local mail service at destination city, airport transits or customs clearance (only outside EU). In rare cases packages are returned to us which is visible in the tracking information. In such cases we re-ship your order after a quick address confirmation.
Why does my tracking status not update?
The most common reason for the status not updating is the delayed response from the destination country. The status is then usually updated within a couple of days or just before delivering.
Where is my order confirmation?
We send you an email confirmation after each confirmed order. If you did not receive an email confirmation, your email provider could be marking our emails as spam. Check your spam folder, and add our email address to your contact book.
Why does the order status not update?
Order fulfillment works as follows: Receive Order, Process Payment, Packing and Dispatch. On each step of the way you will be notified automatically by our system. If your order is not updated for 2 consecutive business days, please contact us.
